Tom Stampiglia
Chief Executive Officer
Tom brings over 30 years of healthcare services and technology industry experience to Origin Healthcare Solutions. Prior to joining the company, Tom served as Chief Executive Officer at Medical Present Value (MPV), a revenue cycle management and healthcare analytics company.
Earlier in his career, Tom was President and COO of WebMD’s Practice Services Division, where he was responsible for the company’s physician practice management, electronic health records and electronic claims solutions. He also served as President of the Software Division at Checkfree Corporation and held various management positions at Lanier Worldwide, Inc., including General Manager of Lanier Healthcare.
Tom earned his B.A. from Georgetown University.

Brian serves as Origin's Executive Vice President & General Counsel and manages the Company's legal and corporate affairs, including negotiating strategic relationships and new business ventures. Brian has more than 20 years of legal and business experience in addition to technology and healthcare industry proficiency. Prior to his role at Origin, Brian served as Senior Vice President & General Counsel for seven years at Allscripts Healthcare Solutions and was engaged in private law practice for many years.

As Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Steve has overall leadership of Origin’s sales, marketing, product strategy and solution development efforts.
Steve has over 20 years of experience in executive leadership roles with a strong track record of driving growth at healthcare technology and service businesses. Prior to joining Origin, he served as Executive Vice President at Merge Healthcare, a provider of enterprise imaging solutions, where he had responsibility for solutions management, marketing and business development. In addition, Steve has served as Executive Vice President of Sales at Allscripts and General Manager of the Practice Management Group at McKesson.
Steve earned his B.A. degree in Economics from Eastern Illinois University.

Rob has overseen Origin's Anesthesia Operational Center of Excellence since 2007. Rob has over 24 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management services and has managed the New Jersey billing center, previously Medcon Financial, for twenty years. Rob received his B.S. in Administration from Rutgers University.

Senior Vice President and General Manager, Maryland
Ladan manages the Revenue Cycle Management and practice management services operations of the Maryland billing center. Ladan has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles in healthcare information technology, administration and accounts receivable management. Ladan co-founded HCMG, the predecessor company to the Maryland billing center, in 1996.

Ladan co-founded HCMG, the predecessor company to the Maryland billing center, in 1996.
She has managed the technology operations at HCMG since its founding and developed HCMG's original billing platform and transitioned that platform to the GE Centricity platform. Ladan received her M.A. in Urban Housing and Health Development and her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Maryland.
