Southeast Sales Executive

Origin Healthcare Solutions, one of the largest, privately held, healthcare revenue cycle management companies in the US is seeking an experienced sales executive for the Southeast territory. The executive will plan and carry out direct sales activities to exceed sales goals for OHS’ Revenue Cycle Management to medium and large provider organizations in accordance with an established and proven business plan. Position requires a degree with a minimum of 5 years Healthcare Services or software sales experiences. Excellent benefits, salary and bonus/commissions. Preference for candidate located in Florida.

Job Function:
The sales executive is responsible to plan and carry out direct sales activities, so as to exceed sales goals for OHS’ Revenue Cycle Management to medium and large provider organizations in accordance with an established and proven business plan.

Key Functions:
• Exceed assigned sales quota within assigned territory
• Proactively prospect for new sales opportunities
• Delivering demonstrations and presentations via web and in-person.
• Implement personal sales programs to achieve short and long term sales goals.
• Plan and carry out direct sales activities (principally new account sales) in accordance with sales plan.
• Generate sales opportunities through telephone calls, attendance at trade shows and customer referrals.
• Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by email, web, telephone, and personal visits.
• Develop new customers through planned individual account management and territory development.
• Monitor and report on activities, maintain a list of prospects and customers, and provide relevant management information through the use of corporate sales management system.
• Carry out market/territory research, competitor and customer awareness.
• Adhere to and support all corporate policies including expense submission, professional courtesy and decorum.
• Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Requirements:
Position requires healthcare services or software sales experience. Preference of Revenue Cycle Management (Full Service Medical Billing) experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or healthcare, or equivalent training in business or sales management.
Typically requires 5 or more years of experience in healthcare services or product sales.
Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management and transcription systems is preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales over a sustained period in a healthcare environment is required.
Excellent time management, communications, decision making, human relations, presentations and organization skills.
Professional presentation skills and professional appearance required.
