Jeff Kvam, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kvam has been CEO and leading Origin Healthcare Solutions since joining in 2005. Prior to joining, Mr. Kvam was President and CEO of Perceptis, LLC, a large DOD and government services contractor. He has also been CEO of Capita Technologies, LLC, a systems integration and consulting firm. Mr. Kvam has over 20 years in the technology and consulting services industry.

Robert Donnelly, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Donnelly has been with the company for over 19 years and has been responsible for operational management for the past 15 years. He is responsible for full service billing operations.

Daniel McMahon, Founder, Advisor

Mr. McMahon has over thirty years of experience concentrating in healthcare administration, operations and accounts receivable management. Before his current role Mr. McMahon served as Northeast Regional Manager of Advacare Billing Systems and Executive Vice President of Corliss Data Systems.

Ed Bereski, Senior VP, General Manager

Mr. Bereski is a co-founder of the Precision.BI product line and has over 27 years of information technology experience, For the last 8 years, Mr. Bereski has managed the product line. Previously, Mr. Bereski served as Senior Vice President of the Smartlink Division of QuadraMed Corp. where he managed all aspects of the division including fiscal reporting, marketing and sales, corporate integration, and technical development.

Laurie Hunt, Senior VP, General Manager

Ms. Hunt has managed the Rockville operations and its predecessor customer (GCM) since 1994. Prior to becoming General Manager, Ms. Hunt was Director of HR and Operations. Prior to joining GCM, Ms. Hunt served as Area Administrator for National Medical Care, the largest dialysis provider in the United States. At National Medical Care, Ms. Hunt was responsible for the operations management of 22 dialysis centers located in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Ric Speaker, Executive VP of Marketing and Business Development

Mr. Speaker, a member of the company for 6 years, is responsible for overall sales and marketing, business development, joint ventures and strategic partnerships. He has over 28 years of experience in the health care systems industry with all but three years on the vendor systems side. Mr. Speaker spent 8 years with IDX Systems as General Manager as well as having founded and successfully run two other healthcare software companies.

David Audibert, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Audibert has over 20 years of experience in executive financial and operating roles in healthcare services and information technologies companies. Previously Mr. Audibert served as CFO of Cardium Health, a vascular disease management company. Mr. Audibert continued to serve as CFO for Disease Management Services for the subsidiary that acquired Cardium, which had approximately $40 million in revenues until joining us in July 2007.

Frank Perrotta, Senior VP, Systems

Mr. Perrotta manages the billing system, EMR and practice management product group. He’s been with the company since 1991 and has extensive IT experience with mainframe, mini and PC computing platforms. Mr. Perrotta designed and led the development for our regional billing system. Prior to Origin Healthcare Solutions, Mr. Perrotta founded System Services Inc., an IT consulting and software development firm. Mr. Perrotta also consulted for Stanley Works International, where he designed and implemented an international e-commerce system.

Tim Shores, Chief Data Architect

Mr. Shores is a co-founder of the Precision.BI product line. He has over 15 years of experience in data architecture and database design. He has built and designed business and clinical data architectures for some of the largest healthcare institutions and universities throughout the U.S.
