Windsor, CT, January 28, 2008 - Origin Healthcare Solutions’ (OHS) Connecticut operating center, formerly SSIMED, and Labsoft, Inc. are pleased to announce a partnership offering OHS clients the ability to interface with medical laboratories through their electronic health record product.

The bi-directional interface will allow providers to order labs from within EMRge and receive results directly in the patient records. Doctors can monitor patient compliance, eliminate paper based processes, and order lab test without having to hand the patient the paper forms.
