Phone calls for technical support are answered personally or returned very shortly, by a caller who knows our practice, our names, and can generally troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and effectively. Technicians handle hardware issues on site in our office within less than an hour. On the billing and collection end, data analyses are provided very quickly—usually within one day—as we need them. Our staff and OHS personnel are well acquainted and maintain open lines of communication that make for smooth handling of money-related questions.
